This policy explains what information Metrics Arena Inc. (“Metrics Arena”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain: we collect only what we need to reply to you, prepare your audit and run this site.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
- Free audit form: first and last name, work email, company name and, if you choose to add them, your storefront URL or ASIN, monthly ad spend range, main goal, business model and region.
- Contact form: your name, work email, company name, reason for getting in touch and your message.
- Newsletter (The Arena Brief): your email address, and the date you confirmed your subscription.
- Emails and calls: anything you send us when you reply to our emails, book a call or talk with our team.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us: when you send a form, we record the first page you visited on this site, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). This is kept in your browser only for your visit and sent with the form, so we know which pages and ads bring enquiries.
- A scrambled version of your IP address (a one-way hash, not the address itself), used only to stop spam and repeated form submissions.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don’t track you across other websites.
2. The Organic Growth Check
The numbers you type into our Organic Growth Check are calculated entirely in your browser. They are never sent to us or saved anywhere.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, set up your call and prepare and present your free audit.
- To send you The Arena Brief, only if you subscribed and confirmed by email.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring enquiries, so we can improve the site.
- To keep the website and our forms secure and free of spam.
- To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations if you become a client.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and only as we instruct:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions.
- Brevo sends our emails (form confirmations, replies and the newsletter).
- Google provides our email and calendar for booking and holding calls, and serves the fonts used on this site.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
5. How long we keep it
- Form submissions and related emails: up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for as long as we work together and as required afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Spam-prevention records: a few hours to a few days.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live (for example the UK, the EU or California), you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

7. Security and international transfers
Information is sent to us over an encrypted connection and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. Our team works from the United States and Pakistan, and our providers may store data in other countries. Wherever your information is handled, we protect it as described in this policy.
8. Children
This website is for businesses. It isn’t intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll make that clear on the site.
